Pulse AI – Terms of Service & End User License Agreement (TOS/EULA)

Applies To: All users of the Pulse AI platform, including beta users and paid subscribers.
This document governs your use of the Pulse AI platform and associated services. By using Pulse, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
1. License and Ownership
- Pulse AI is licensed to you; it is not sold.
- Resale, repackaging, or rehosting of the Pulse platform, its components, or outputs is prohibited.
- Third-party contractors may assist in operation or support only if:
- They are compensated for support services only, and
- All parties involved have valid licenses purchased directly from Pulse.
2. Acceptable Use Restrictions
You may not use Pulse for any of the following purposes:
2.1 Military and Intelligence Use
Use by military or defense organizations is prohibited, except for well-defined harm reduction operations (e.g., disaster relief, civilian protection).
2.2 Law Enforcement
Use by police or security agencies is prohibited, except in clearly documented harm reduction contexts (e.g., missing persons recovery, non-coercive public safety analysis).
2.3 Finance and Banking
Use by banks, lenders, insurers, or financial services providers is prohibited, with the following exceptions:
- Fraud detection
- Portfolio-level financial optimization
Use in consumer credit evaluation, behavioral risk scoring, or debt collection is not permitted.
2.4 Education
Use by individual students and educators is allowed.
Institutional or coordinated deployments (e.g., school districts, universities, or LMS integrations) require prior written approval from Pulse.
2.5 Social Credit Systems
Pulse may not be used to develop or operate any form of social credit system, defined as:
A system that scores, ranks, or profiles individuals or groups for the purpose of granting or denying access to services, privileges, rights, or resources based on behavior, beliefs, affiliations, or personal history.
2.6 Illegal Activity
Pulse may not be used to support, plan, or facilitate illegal activity under local, national, or international law.
Legal liability for any illegal use of the platform lies solely with the user. Pulse bears no responsibility for unlawful activity carried out by its users.
3. Enforcement
- Violations of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, removal from beta participation, and/or future denial of service.
- Pulse reserves the right to report violations to relevant parties, and to publicly document misuse involving coercion, surveillance, or unethical behavior.
4. Disclaimer
Pulse is provided "as-is" without warranties, express or implied. It is offered as a tool for human-aligned, autonomous cognition. Use is at your own risk.
5. Governing Values
Pulse is founded on principles of:
- Autonomy
- Privacy
- Cognitive dignity
- Decentralized self-determination
Any use that violates these principles will be treated as a misuse of the system and subject to immediate action.
6. Updates to This Agreement
This TOS/EULA may be updated from time to time.
All updates will be published at https://blog.pulseaiplatform.com.
Continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to any posted revisions.
