I'm going to steal an opening from someone I looked up to but didn’t get much actual time with. Steve Jobs once said:

“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”

For the last several years, that’s exactly what my journey with Pulse has looked like—going fast, mostly going alone. It started as a series of experiments: proofs of concept, tinkering with emerging tech, seeing what was finally “ready.” A loop of exploration, acceleration, and iteration.

Adding developers and a C-suite was the first real milestone—no longer a solo project, but something with a small community. And now, I think we’re on the verge of that milestone repeating itself at scale.

I say I think because we’re at a pivotal moment. Pulse can only improve further if it has a community.

We’ve reached a stable, scalable foundation. The app is fast, lightweight, and internally load-tested. Deployment automation is ready. We currently have capacity for ~1,000 users across a mix of use cases. The first wave of customers will hear from us directly once their nodes are ready.
